Kids - The boy are doing great. Andrew, now 11, has taken up the saxophone and electric guitar and is quite taken with music. Lately he likes to keep in touch (a lot) with friends via email so drop him a line. Robert who is now 14 insists he would rather be a 60s mod than a modern teen. He is quite into his art and experiments with the different types of medias, while he has completed many time consuming art projects.

Life in London - right after the 60th year anniversary of the end of World War II the terrorists hit the Tube. It reminded me of how London survived the Blitz so well. People here kept their sense of humor and level-headed approach to adversity throughout. I was interviewed on British TV while commuting to work on one of the first Tube lines to reopen. Those who know me would have recognized lecture 212 on why your odds are much better riding the public transport system than riding your bike or even walking on the sidewalk.

Travel - Another year of great trips. We visited Switzerland in the summer where we did some great mountain biking. My brother and his family joined us on a fun visit to Greece. On long weekends we visited Berlin, Cornwall, Edinburgh, and Normandy.

Work - I am still at Symantec. The merger with VERITAS has gone very smoothly although the market does not see like our combined companies. Lisa is still at HP and the market seems to love her new CEO. The London economy still seems buoyant.
Have a great holiday season, and a very happy New Year.
Kyle, Lisa, Robert and Andrew
